As if the lunch special today wasn't good enough, the boys in the kitchen have outdone themselves again for dinner specials this weekend. Tonight and tomorrow, we are proud to feature the following from 4-11pm:
Carne Asada Dinner- Marinated New York steak, sliced thin and grilled to perfection. Served with Spanish rice, jalapeno beans, guacamole, salsa and flour tortillas.
Balsamic Glazed Salmon- Fresh, Canadian salmon, hand-cut and grilled to perfection. Glazed with a balsamic vinaigrette and served with rice pilaf and mixed vegetables.
Chicken Carbonara Pasta- Hand-cut, julienned chicken, sautéed with bacon and fresh peas. Finished with a creamy white wine sauce and tossed with fettuccine. Topped with parmesan cheese and served with a half order of garlic bread.

Hello Friday!! It is so good to see you again, why do you always wait so long to come around?

Today we are feeling great at the ROB, so great we are making you a Super Burger for the lunch special. Certified Angus Beef topped with fried pickles, marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese all on ciabatta bread.

Soup of the Day is Chicken Florentine.

Hmm... oddly Flemish smells from the brewhouse this morning - Spicy, sweet, yummy aromas. Looks like a Belgian Pale Ale is in the works!

Happy Humpday, Headbangers! In case you haven't noticed, January is ending fast! Next thing you know, we'll all be drinking beers on the patio in the sunshine!

Our Lunch Special today is a Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich - tender chicken breast breaded and fried, topped with Pepper Jack cheese, chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion on a freshly baked bun. Our Soup of the Day is Chicken Florentine. Cheers!

Well, there was 1,100 lbs. of malt barley in the mash tun this morning. Ten different varieties, in fact. Fifteen pounds of hops have met some very thick, black wort. Looks like Count Zaroff's Russian Imperial Stout is about to make another appearance at the Royal Oak Brewery...
